What inspires you for characters’ names? Do they pop into your head with their own name or do you hear a name you like?

Sometimes I hear a name I like and I jot it down for future use. More often than not, I avoid exotic names. I like good old George and Harry and Tom. But whenever I’m stuck, I usually go to my Facebook wall and steal a reader’s first or last name, or one reader’s first name and another reader’s last.
