I was surprised by this movie. It was actually pretty darned good, and very entertaining. Had a totally unique storyline for a change.

It is based on a series of books written for 8-12 age group and a couple of boys recommended I check them out so I did. It was a different take!

My son read the books and said they were "lame." But the movie is pretty cool. I knew it was based off books and expected another Twilight, which just didn't do it for me. (Teenage anghst overrode any horror, imo) But this was much better - again, IMO - than Twilight. Good stuff.
